Method to get a board by ID. Returns a DiscussionBoard class for a given ID value. See DiscussionBoard class for more information on the properties of the returned object. 

This method can be accessed through the ThreadedDiscussion.asmx file located in: 

~/Workarea/webservices/WebServiceAPI/Content/ThreadedDiscussion.asmx
