Get all tasks assign by a user with a specified task state and returns them as array of TaskData.

taskState 
The state of the task. Choices are:
  • NotStarted
  • Active
  • AwaitingData
  • OnHold
  • Pending
  • Reopened
  • Completed
  • Archived
  • Deleted
