Creates new user group. 

This method can be accessed through the User.asmx file located in: 

~/Workarea/webservices/WebServiceAPI/User/User.asmx

GroupName 
The name of the group. 
GroupPath 
Group path, usually required for Active Directory, otherwise CMS group assumed. 
GroupDomain 
Group domain, usually required for Active Directory. 
Remarks

A user with administrator privileges must be logged in to perform this operation.
