Applies a Tag to an object by a given user in a specified language. If the tag text does not already exist, it is created. The newly created ID is accessible via the returned TagData.
This method can be accessed through the Tags.asmx file located in:
~/Workarea/webservices/WebServiceAPI/Community/Tags.asmx

objectId |
The ID of the object that is being tagged. |
objectType |
The type of object represented by objectId. |
userId |
The ID of the user applying the tag. |
languageId |
The ID of the language being applied to the tagText. Supply -1 for all languages. |
TagData structure representing the applied tag.
