Adds a load balance path for files and images. 

This method can be accessed through the Library.asmx file located in: 

~/Workarea/webservices/WebServiceAPI/Library.asmx

Type 
The path type, either images or files. 
pagedata 
Load balance item values for path and relative. 
Remarks

A user with administrator privileges must be logged in to perform this operation.
