Ektron.Cms.API.Search Namespace

The Search Developer API enables searching a CMS400.NET website programmatically based on custom criteria. The Demo Developers Site, if you chose to install it, has excellent examples of programmatically using the SearchManager. It is installed at http://~YourSite~/CMS400Developer/Websearch/WebsearchApi.aspx. Examples are in VB and C#.

Here is a list of some of the examples.

Retrieve a document or HTML content that contains the word cms.
Retrieve content that contains research and has a searchable metadata wellness set to Cancer.
Retrieve images that contain RotatingGraphic1 in their title.
Retrieve geo-content from CMS400.Net.
