Tags.AddTagToCommunityGroup Method (String, Long, Long, Integer)

Applies a tag to a community group. If the tag text does not already exist, it is created. The newly created ID is accessible via the returned TagData.

tagText 
Text of the tag to apply to an object. 
groupId 
ID of the community that is being tagged. 
userId 
ID of the user applying the tag. 
languageId 
ID of the language the tagText should be saved as. Use -1 for all languages.

TagData structure representing the applied tag.
