Tags.AddTagToCommunityGroup Method (String, Long, Integer)

Applies a tag to a community group. If the tag text does not already exist, it is created. Uses the currently logged in user. The newly created ID is accessible via the returned TagData.

Description 
tagText 
Text of tag to apply to object. 
groupId 
ID of the community group that is being tagged. 
languageId 
ID of the language the tagText should be saved as. Use -1 for all languages.
