Gets all messages for a particular object.

objectId 
The ID of the object. 
objectType 
The type of the object. 
paging 
The paging object. Setting "RecordsPerPage" to zero retrieves all rows. 
callerUserId 
The user ID of the member requesting data. 
Returns

Returns a collection of message board data objects for each record retrieved from the database.
