Contact your customer support representative at etracker. You can use these segments in target groups and in the Marketing AutomationThe tool for creating automated, multilevel campaigns. to send remarketing emails and campaignsAll elements of a Smart Campaign or Marketing Automation. Import segments from etracker

To enable the inbound channel of etracker for you , the "Remarketing feed" function must be enabled in your etracker account. To do so, contact your account manager at etracker.

Based on the activities of your website's visitors, etracker generates data sets for every single event in the return channel and transfers them to Episerver Campaign. An event can be a product purchase, a product view or abandoned shopping carts. In order to create a segment from separate events, define a target groupA subset of recipients defined by rules and conditions and a logic relationship between them. For example, all recipients in the United Kingdom. that filters all data sets which belong to the same event type (e.g. "product purchase") and, where applicable, additional parameters (e.g. data from particular mailings).

Hourly, etracker transfers the following data to Episerver Campaign:

Name Data type Description Notes
Event String The event type can either be abandonment, order or productView Instead of these standard event types, you can define others on the administrator page of your etracker account, for example productRating or the like.
context String This box contains the product ID from your shop system.
price float This box contains the price of your product. It is always the gross price that is transferred.
Number int This box contains the number of products for each item. The total price for each item can be calculated from the number of products and the product price.
Order number String Once an order is initiated, this box will contain the order number. Using the order number, data sets for various products can be allocated to an order if they have coinciding order numbers.
Session ID String If no order is initiated, the session ID will help allocate multiple products to one shopping cart.
